GCN+ Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • The GCN+ digital Gift Voucher is issued via email using an electronic voucher code.
  • Please note: GCN+ Gift Vouchers can only be used to purchase a GCN+ annual subscription from the GCN+ website. We’re sorry, but we don’t support Gift Vouchers via third party app stores at the moment and our website currently only supports subscriptions in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, but we hope to add more territories soon. 
  • To order a Gift Voucher, add it to your shopping basket just like any other product then complete your order at the checkout.  Please make sure you enter the recipient’s details carefully as we cannot rectify any mistakes. The recipient must be aged 18 or over to access GCN+. 
  • Once your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and your nominated recipient will receive the electronic Gift Voucher to the email address you entered in ‘recipient details’ during check out.  
  • GCN+ Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so make sure you remember to redeem your Gift Voucher in time.
  • To redeem your Gift Voucher, go to https://racepass.globalcyclingnetwork.com/subscribe/  and enter your unique voucher code in the ‘Have a promo code?’ box and select the ‘apply’ button. The entire value of the Gift Voucher will be applied to your subscription upon redemption. 
  • GCN+ is provided by Dplay Entertainment Limited, incorporated under the laws of England and Wales under company number: 09615785, having its registered office at Chiswick Park Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YB, United Kingdom.
  • If you are new to GCN+, you will be required to register, agree to the applicable Terms of Use, and acknowledge or agree to (as applicable) GCN+’s Privacy Policy before you can redeem the Gift Voucher.
  • If you already have an active subscription for GCN+, you will not be able to redeem the Gift Voucher to the same account until your existing subscription has come to an end.
  • Important: your annual subscription will automatically renew each year at the then standard annual price unless cancelled prior to renewal. A minimum term of 12 months applies in the first year and in each renewal year. 
  • GCN+ Gift Vouchers are issued in GBP and may be subject to currency differences on exchange if you are outside of the UK but don’t worry, the recipient won’t need to pay anything extra for their subscription.
