GCN L'Enfer du Nord T-Shirt - Anthracite

Nice design and good quality product. A little bit on the big size. Unfortunately it's a bit expensive for EU customers once customs charges are applied particularly when purchasing a few GCN items.

GCN use a third party to print and ship their T-shirts. They are not in stock. They are only printed after you purchase. I bought a roubaix T-shirt over a week before I departed for roubaix. It did not dispatch in time. I wasn’t allowed to cancel my order. I was given a return uk shipping label. I do not live in uk. I have been a GCN subscriber since day one, through YouTube, to GCN, to Discovery+ and back to YouTube. I have bought jerseys, T-shirts etc before. This experience was completely underwhelming. The T-shirt itself is fine but the shipping and customer service was rank amateur. I hope this is just a transition.

First, I love GCN. I watch them daily on youtube.

But ordering a product from GCN is terrible. I live in the USA. I ordered one of their custom GCN Roubaix shirts over a month in advance. The hope was to wear it on race day.Took forever for them to even 'start' the shipping process. The Shipping process didn't even begin until 3 weeks after I ordered the shirt. Causing the shirt to arrive a 2 weeks after the Roubaix race....kind of worthless. I order a few other products from Europe during the same week. The Italian product arrived on my doy in one week. The French product arrived in two weeks. Both over month before my belated GCN shirt. I contacted GCN customer service and they seemed very indifferent to my delay.....saying 'it was normal'. If you order from GCN, plan 3-6 months in advance.
