Overall the fit is is snug. High quality construction.
I would recommend sizing up if you are near to any sizing chart number. Sizing chart is a bit small for what you actually get. My husband matches the L size almost perfectly but the jersey feels too tight everywhere and rides up when he changes upper body positions. Especially snug in the shoulders and pits, even in aero position. He looks a lot like the guy in your photos but with bigger arms and knobbier shoulders.
Excellent styling and graphics. He feels fast and looks great! I might go with an XL next time.
