Excellent Book

Bought this many years ago when it first came out. My vegan flapjacks are now legendary in my cycling club. Fantastic recipes have tried all really easy. Highly recommend.

Not a recipe book

If you have no idea how plant based diets work... It's very encompassing and educational. I purchased hoping for bike centric recipes like on their YouTube videos. Good book, but redundant for me.

Great book, lots of good on ride energy options, but also wider information on recovery, protein needs, etc.
