All print on demand products purchased from GCN are made specifically for you, and production only starts when you place your order. This means that not only is there no risk of overstock ending up in landfill, but no excess energy or raw materials are used to create the stock.

Dispatch & Shipping
Because print on demand products are made to order, they can take 3-5 days to be dispatched. This may be longer at busier times.
If you've paid for express shipping, your order will be processed in 3-5 days (this may be longer at busier times) and shipped as a priority using the requested service.
Print on demand items are made to order in a different location to our main warehouse and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. You’ll receive a separate dispatch email when the print on demand product has been shipped.
Print on demand orders are sent from our UK printers who have their own shipping pricing. The amount you pay will be confirmed when you reach the shipping page depending on the item you’ve ordered and your delivery location.
Print on demand orders are IOSS registered, in the same way that all other orders are; this means that VAT is collected for orders dispatched to countries within the European Union under €150 value. Please be aware that additional tax and customs charges may still apply to your order, regardless of its value. Please check with your local Customs authority for the latest rates before placing an order as we have no control over these additional charges and will be unable to reimburse you.

We will cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. You can then place a new order for the required new / correct items.
Yes, you can return print on demand items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All textile wastes are recycled and given a second life in products such as carpet underlay, ensuring they don't end up in landfill.
